I'm a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with over 9 years of experience building HR systems, programs, and culture across a wide range of organizations — from early-stage startups finding their footing to large, established operations managing complex workforce challenges.

My career spans hospitality, construction, retail, and professional services — from supporting 6,000+ employees at Earls Restaurants across Canada and the U.S., to building the first HR function at The Vancouver Club from the ground up, to providing fractional HR support to a construction company in California. That range has shaped how I work: practically, collaboratively, and always with the realities of day-to-day operations in mind.

What I enjoy most is working where HR is still being shaped. Whether that means creating structure from the ground up, improving systems that aren't quite working, or supporting leaders through difficult people challenges — I'm energized by work that makes a real and lasting difference for both the business and its people.

I provide a neutral and trusted partnership. I listen before I recommend, I involve the people who will use the systems I build, and I stay involved through implementation to make sure things actually stick.
